Kenneth A Cossingham, Esq has been practicing law in the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire for 40 years. He earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1983 and was admitted as a member of the Massachusetts Bar in 1983 and as a member of the New Hampshire Bar in 1984. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1978. Ken has argued cases before both the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Ken practiced as an associate attorney in an Andover firm from 1983 to 1988, and founded Cossingham Law Office, PC (hereinafter CLO) in 1988. He has been principal of CLO since that time.
CLO has consistently practiced in the areas of residential real estate, commercial real estate, Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Corporations and LLCs, business law, business transactions and business disputes. CLO’s staff also includes a paralegal, and 1 legal assistant.
